Sub: Requesting letter for development of library at addanki.

As per subject cited above, I am requesting you to development for old library, as citizen and tax payer of addanki municipal council, we have been paying property tax along with library tax,but your respected department is not manintaing library with proper maintenance and development, now library position is looking like an ancient building, already our friends are approached and appeal to development of old library.

So please let us know, what is the process for making funding from government to development of mentioned work, or else
We hope you take immediate action and develop addanki library for better education to addanki students.
