Lauderdale Tower Condo Association recently lost one of the five it's board members which should've been announced to the owners but wasnt. David Citron,who served as association President, resigned from his position last week and the remaining board members decided to keep the four member board untill next election which is held at the end of every year. Jody was the sixth runner up after the election.  The owners who live in the building are asking for your vote to add Jodi as a fith member to the current board for several reasons:

- Fith member will help make important decisions quicker. Vast majority of Associations have five directors. Five members is the best number because we can obtain a quorum of the board and have a board meeting if only three directors show up.

- We can use another member who lives in the building and wants to make ongoing project move forward.

- Improve  transparency and communication about ongoing projects and changes so we as owners dont find out about charges through rummors.
