Interquest parkway has been having a burger Renaissance lately, with In and out and Whataburger recently setting up shop in Colorado Springs. Beforehand you would have to go to other states for these awesome restaurants.

Unfortunately with the craveable, flavorful, & irreplaceable White Castle, the closest locations are in Arizona and Nevada. This chain is a late night staple of the Midwest and East Coast, but has not yet expanded to Colorado. 

You can buy the microwave varieties, but it is not the same as a Crave Case fresh off the grill. These sliders have a cult following, stemming from the 2004 film Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle; and have been growing in popularity since.

White Castle fans would love to see a righteous conclusion to this "Three Patties Burger Joint Trilogy", by bringing a unique piece of America to the Olympic City.
