Please sign if you agree that something needs to be done at Clayfield: corner Sandgate and Bayview Terrace roads. Last year in June my mum was badly hit by a driver while she was crossing a green pedestrian light. She was badly injured and is still recovering needing another knee reconstruction surgery this year. Today she was crossing the same road almost hit by another driver causing as you can imagine a lot of distress and panic!

I myself and numerous others I have heard from in person and through my pleas of looking for witnesses on social media, have almost been hit at that same spot.

I am petitioning that we put a right turn light at that road! Or do something else to lessen this risk of cowardly and dangerous driving! Something needs to be done to change this and it needs to be done now!
