Square one is a addiction recovery services place in Ashtabula Ohio there has been issues with the counselors and workers there abusing drugs I'm still working or recently relapsing and keeping their job after being a patient there recently we should get this place either investigated or shut down because they are contributing to the addiction pandemic in our County they turn away patients that are looking for help and there has been many incidents where patients after being there for any amount of time still test positive for street drugs even after being tested and being negative the councillors and workers sleep with the patients and I think this is medical misconduct there supposed to be a place where people can go to get help and are supposed to be able to trust who was helping them but in the end it's the people that are hurting them more I first-hand know this place is not about recovery it is about the money they don't care about their patients they have had many overdoses inside their facilities and when they do have overdoses they don't go through the protocol of finding where the street drugs came from I believe if someone else was to take over this facility or this facility is shut down a lot of the drug epidemic in Ashtabula County would become less
