The residents of Carrum Beach want Adam Maguire and Level Crossing Removal (LXRA) Authority back onsite by October 2021 to finish and deliver the consistent, complete, regularly maintained landscaping project of '80,000 plants and trees', that was promised and advertised to get locals on board with the Skyrail - a project which has razed Indigenous bush, left behind a graffiti magnet and actively misled locals about what supporting urban regeneration will be delivered.   

If Adam Maguire and Level Crossing Removal Carrum do not return onsite to:

a) Walkaround and be shown what locals require to be done to honour the taxpayer promise

b) implement these community requirements to an acceptable and high standard by the end of October 2021

Then this petition asks that LXRA release Carrum back over to Kingston Council before the scheduled maintenance tenure expires in March 2023. 

Carrum residents will no longer stand for the patchy, ad-hoc, neglected rotting landscaping LXRA has left in their wake. We want a complete, maintained project. Kingston Council wants a complete, maintained project. LXRA should want a complete, maintained project. If they don't deliver it - they must stand down.
