  1. ACTnow supports the suggestions from Tan Sri Annuar Musa (Federal Territory Minister) to improve the Pasar Pagi/Malam.
  2. ACTnow urges the Malaysian government to ensure the Local Councils to assist and improve the conditions and environments of Pasar Pagi/Malam for traders and hawkers.
  3. We urge the Local Councils to enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) towards the Pasar Pagi/Malam to comply.
  4. The roads of the Pasar Pagi/Malam must be clean and resurface at all times.
  5. The Pasar Pagi/Malam stalls should use stainless steel materials and clean at all times.
  6. Public social distancing must be practiced and the stalls must be of at least 1-2 meters apart with proper layout.
  7. Each stalls in Pasar Pagi/Malam must practice full crowd control.
  8. Traders and Hawkers are mandatory to provide hand sanitizers to their customers.
  9. ACTnow doesn't want Pasar Pagi/Malam to be exposed to any viruses or bacterias such as COVID-19 in order to rebuild customers’ confidence.
  10. The Local Councils Enforcement Department must only allow licenced traders and hawkers, and no illegal foreigners to operate.
  11. Last but not least, this should be a Nationwide Drive.
