Everyday, millions of people get on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Warzone. People rely on it to make a living, people rely on it as a stress reliever, and people rely on it for social interaction. Lately however, the game has hit a crossroads. Activision/Blizzard with the reach and resources that extend well beyond just a video game (Billion with a B), would rather line their pockets than help develop the best outlet for the benefit of consumers. They pay no mind to the people that generate them hundreds of thousands of daily views ( and no doubt millions of dollars) and they pay no mind to the player base itself. The greed of this corporation to turn a profit and ignore the wishes of the consumers is not only irresponsible, but a disservice to the longevity of their company and the welfare of the common shareholders. Together we can help take back our well-being and livelihood, and show this corporate machine that we are not simply cogs, but the blueprint for their whole operation. Let’s take back Verdansk together (nerf the DMR lowkey, diamattis gotta go, and Mac-10 needs a lil more tuning)
