Action against dangerous hedgerow on Glossop Road, SK6

As a resident of Marple Bridge, I demand action against the ongoing safety issue posed by the overgrown hedgerow on large sections of Glossop Road.
In many places on Glossop Road there is only a pavement on one side.
Sharp/spiky hedgerows, overhanging trees and emerging brambles and nettles are making large sections of the pavement impassable and dangerous for pram users, children and adults alike. In some places there is no alternative but to walk on the road as there is no pavement on the other side.
Despite repeated requests to the council to tackle this issue, from myself and other local residents; this situation has continued for over 15 months.
We now demand that action is taken by the landowners, to cut these hedgerows back, and failing that, enforcement on the landowners is taken by the council.
