We want to stop the current plan for internal video and audio recording in company vehicles at Actavo PDC.
Due to the unusual nature of work in our sector, such as travelling long distances from home and waiting for acceptable weather conditions. A large proportion of our day could be spent in the vehicles. There will inevitably be a high volume of personal calls and conversations in this period.
Unnecessary surveillance in the vehicles could lead to a feeling of mistrust within the company and increase stress levels and have a negative effect on mental health.
Thereforewe call for this plan to be abolished.
