Thousands of canberra and international investors have been tricked into believing the marketing falsehoods portrayed by GEOCON when buying a GEOCON property off plan. Geocon should be held accountable and until they adopt some ethical practices and integrity the company should be excluded from offering OFF PLAN sales.  They should also be required to financially compensate those parties that have been duped into believing the falsehoods.

This problem is systemic with this company.  They over promise and under deliver, which is why they strive for as many off plan sales as possible, prior to buyers being able to see the reality of what they are buying.

When I purchased off plan, I was assured that the building woud have a 24hr concierge, a resort style swimming pool, high levels of security, quality workmanship and attention to detail.  At the time of my pre-settlement inspection, I was denied access to the common facilities.  At no time did GEOCON advise me prior to settlement that there has been a variation made to what I thought I was buying into.
