A Nexus of Hedge Fund Managers, professional shorts and bought out media has been using the illegal tactic of "Short and Distort" to destroy legitimate but vulnerable companies. This nexus has now focused on a small company that is working diligently on getting a highly effective drug for Alzheimer's to the market. In fact, clinical trials to date show potential reversal of the horrible disease.

A system that was created for the public to voice their concerns to FDA on drugs under-going approval process is being exploited by this nexus to deny this very promising drug a fair chance. 

Similar tactics have been successfully used by the same people in the past to stop highly effective drugs from coming into the market, an example being Dendreon's drug for late-stage prostate cancer. We are very concerned that just like Dendreon, this small company, which is offering a very safe, potent drug for Alzheimer's, is going to meet the same fate.

Patients of Alzheimer's are a very vulnerable group in our societies and estimated to exceed 50 million people globally (6 million in the USA alone). These unfortunate people are being robbed of their right to an effective drug, just because a group of people put their greed for money and power over alleviation of human misery! If fact, in their efforts, this group has already victimized one staff member of a trial site for being raped as a child. Because that staff member struggled with the extremely unfortunate incident over 30 years ago, the staff member “can’t be trusted to provide reliable results”. Today this strong-willed person has a tremendous community outreach with an incredible history of helping others. Yet this nexus knows no boundaries, and this is a sickening example of how far this group is willing to go to fuel their greed for money and power.

By choosing to support this petition you are doing two things, 1) most importantly, helping the humans across the globe take the first safe steps in eradicating Alzheimer’s and 2) telling the Department of Justice we are tired of this behavior in our society, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT and prosecute these corrupt entities to the fullest extent of the law.

We demand a thorough investigation of this nexus by Department of Justice and/or FBI as it concerns the lives of millions of US Citizens.
