Another example of an excellent service at risk - the effects of Austerity continue to emerge as the fruits of an uncaring and (sometimes) unimaginative obediencevtj the mantra ‘we must save money no matter who it harms’. Even worse when it’s the vulnerable and those with little chance to save themselves!
