The test we wrote on the 1st of April 2022 for Accounting 101 was inefficiently structured and the time limit was not sufficient for the test. Also, we had received conflicting accounts about the test structure from the lecturers. This coupled with the fact that the test was delayed by an hour and we only received the email for that announcement at midnight on the day of the test. The test was supposed to have been opened for 2 hours. However, it ended up being open for only an hour. We as students' registered for Accounting 101 feel that there needs to be a re-take of the test with a 2 hour time limit or an option to write an aegrotat to fill in for test 1. This is because the test counts for 30% of our final mark.
