The Guelph Correctional Centre (GCC)/ Ontario Reformatory (OR) grounds have been used by locals for over 100 years.  So many people routinely go their for walks on their own or with their canine pals, to go fishing or for local tours. As of now, parking spaces around the grounds are limited.  Bylaw has even ticketed people in legally permitted spaces.  We would like to petition the City of Guelph to change the parking bylaws on York Road to allow parking so that the citizens of Guelph can enjoy this beautiful space.  There are currently no other parking alternatives. Please sign this petition if you would like to be permitted to park on York Road to enjoy this beautiful space without being ticketed.
