The gap between productivity and wages continues to widen if developers like Acadia Realty Trust continue to hire non-union laborers. That gap which translates into profits is a bad formula for the hard working citizens of New York. We all could thrive in NYC...fair wages and benefits is an important part of that equation...

Unions have traced their origin back to the US Constitution, and its not a moral issue, but a political issue to control the citizens. "Slavery is alive and doing quite well in the 21st C."
