Hi everyone,

My name is Ornela Qefalija and I am running for senior class president for the class of 2022. Since Covid-19 has started, I have taken note of what the class of 2020 and 2021 have done for their senior year and I know how to make our senior year better, even with all the Covid restrictions. I know that doing curtain activities is hard during this time, but there are other Covid friendly ways for the class of 2022 to enjoy their senior year.

I have made a list of activities throughout my years at  Academy and with a bit of changes to ensure everyone's safety, I know I can make the last bit of our high school experience great. We can have a senior sunrise, senior sunset, cap decorating, senior skip day, an official college commit day, promposal week, and with a few alterations we can even have our prom! These are just a few of the ideas that I have come up with on my own and I would love to hear the input of students in the senior class if I become president.
