Why are the children of immigrant British Mothers forced to apply for a visitor visa and most of them get refused?
I am Mandana Ansari, a British Iranian. 8 years ago I sent an invitation to my only daughter to come here to visit me. The application refused by home office. Now after 8 years I am still separated from my daughter who is aged above 18.
For a second time, I fill the application form for visit on behalf of my daughter but again Home office for a trivial reason refused this visit visa application. Now I am wondering why in the first place my daughter needs a visit visa at all???!!!! Close family members regardless of the age should be entitled to join the family and come to the UK . I on behalf of all immigrant Mothers across the UK who suffer this cruelty ask for support. Gathering together united stand for changing this denial of basic human rights.
