To,

The Hon'ble Chief Justice of supreme court,

The Supreme Court of India,

Tilak Marg, New Delhi.

Respected Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that  in the recent general election 2019, there were many unethical, and foul practices happened. In this regard I would like you to look into it and protect the state, country by having free and fair elections so that right people can form government.

AP People(voters) wanted to know "To whom their votes have been transferred to? they voted for one party and the result is in favour of the other party".Also want toknow where are those 2 million EVM machines which are not under control of ECI? We feel because of these reasons corrupt party is able to manipulate the results.

I don't know why EC has invested so much money on VVPAT machines when EC is not able to count atleast 50 percentage of VVPAT slips?.

As a citizen of India, I have the right to question on behalf of people/citizens and soon I will submit the proof, supporting documents to Supreme/HC court to verify the same and do justice and protect the states, country from corrupt practices followed by present political parties, government.

I would like to utilise the Right/facility of Article 32, 226 constitution of India or Section 133 Cr.P.C and file PIL in Court. I hope the court must be satisfied that my petition shall be considered and direct the concern authorities to conduct fresh elections using paper ballot method.
