ABC: Apologize for the April 11th incident and discipline the officers involved.
On April 11th, 2013, several ABC agents surrounded and drew a weapon on a panicked and confused UVA student purchasing bottled water in Charlottesville's Barracks Road Shopping Center. They then charged this victim with several felonies resulting from the confusion.

The signers of this petition, which include students and residents of Charlottesville and Albemarle County, demand an apology from the ABC for this incident. Furthermore, we expect appropriate discipline and/or dismissal for the officers involved. Finally, we ask the ABC to take steps to improve transparency and accountability in their undercover enforcement operations.
