We live in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a section in this lovely neighborhood that is owned by the HOA and could use some TLC and maintenance. The bridge on Penton Place, which has a water runoff stream, behind Whitworth Ave. and the far end of French Fields.
     The area is filled with weeds, and stagnant water. Which harbors  pests, rodents, and unsightly weeds.  
     We are in need of our homeowners association and neighbors to take action. And continue to care what our neighborhood look like. If you haven’t seen this, please take a look off the bridge on Penton Place. This is the view behind Whitworth Ave, during a storm. At this time the weeds are as high as trees.  There are other common areas that are maintained by the HOA and look much better than this. By signing below, you a agree with  the issue above.
