There is an abandoned property at 26 Palfrey Lane to include two abandoned vehicles, a bus and jeep for several years. This is an eye sore and depreciation of property value to its neighbors. The property has an in-ground swimming pool in the back yard that has fallen in as well. The township reports it has done all it can to resolve an on-going problem at this property. However, this problem infringes on the neighbors and families in the community. There are rodents living here to include Skunks, Possums, Raccoons, Rats and Ground Hogs. The township has responded several times it's doing all it can to resolve all the issues at the property address. However, there has been no acceptable resolve for neighboring property owners for several years now. This issue is a public health and safety concern because of the unsecured abandoned property and vehicles left unmaintained inviting vandals and homeless squatters. I believe a minimum acceptable resolve would be the following; have the vehicles towed away, house boarded up and front and rear yards cleaned from debris.
