Downtown Abacoa has become a place where there are many unsupervised teens who are making the family-centered establishment into a hang out for large numbers of unsupervised teens.  Fights are common there and many adults and families will no longer eat at the restaurants since it has become unsafe for small children and families.  Please sign this petition if you agree that policies need to be put in place that would not allow unsupervised teens to loiter, gather, and "hang out" in Downtown Abacoa.
