For almost 3 decades, BISELCO has been servicing the entire Calamian with a captured market of more than 3,711 households. With such period of time, its services should have been improving. Instead, it deteriorates as shown by 2-3X brown outs a day and took 30 minutes to an hour to re-energize the line. There are instances, outages are successive (patay-sindi) causing “tidal wave" of electricity damaging the capacitors, inner mechanism of computers and appliances left turned on. What is appalling, when consumers complained, nobody is available to explain the cause. Despite of that, our bills keep on escalating. Some bills are questionably generated. In case, we failed to pay on time due to lockdowns, our power supplies are cut without notices and considerations. Anent, we respectfully request your office to investigate our power agony. Its poor services causing us a lot of inconveniences, disrupt the online studies of our children and spoils the opportunity costs of our time.
