This is the only thing left in Robbinsdale that gives it "The Historic Robbinsdale" meaning!

I am a Robbinsdale resident and a supporter of preservation efforts. Our city could use an entertainment venue - and I think with some creative thinking and planning the Terrace could be a unique and great space again.

I believe that unethical approach has been taken the attempt to circumvent the saving of the theater.

I saw my first movie at the Terrace in about 1954. It was the Wizard of Oz. first date was at the Terrace. The Terrace has a special place in my heart.

I'm signing this because we need to save more historic theaters - especialy mid-century theaters. The Terrace looks beautiful and could be a marvelous asset to the local community. Yet, I've read that many local residents would rather have a grocery store there instead? Honestly, really? Hy-Vee can't build somewhere else?

the tactics these developers are using are hateful and probably illegal. Do we want this kind of business in our town?
