As many of you have read, the Newark City Council recently approved Phase One of Lang Development's “Creek View Project,” which includes the building of a new theater for CSP. However, the second phase of that plan is for Lang Development to build a new apartment building in what is our current location and would also include the house next door (#23 and #25) of which we own half. Hopefully, Phase Two of the plan will go to the City Council this summer and be approved. If it is not approved then we will not be going to the new theater.
