Our story begins like many 10's of 1000's of other vendors and sellers, a small misstep on Amazon – and we got suspended. Having been a vendor, with our own brand+trademark for 6+ years, doing everything by the book - 

And then one day we got suspended. Something we haven't thought much about to that point. But once we did - we started working on the appeal and went down what is today a 6 months journey to get reinstated. And surprisingly after 25+ submissions we got reinstated.

And we start the process of implementing everything we said we would in our Appeal letter, to be even better than before - But 1 month later we got suspended again, having done Nothing, during a case escalation to the exec team because we were missing the "Purchase Orders" menu button. Crucial to continue the business.

Amazon – We need someone to talk to! We need to get a reason why this happened! We fixed EVERYTHING in our appeal on what we would do better the second time around! We didn't even have time to start selling again, and we got a retracted Reinstatement, out of the blue!

We gave you all you needed, you accepted it, then a month later took it back with no reasoning! You still hold around 150,000$ of our merchandise, which is still live and about on the website!

This is not an appeal for the money, because all we want to do is make it right and continue selling! Arbitration is not a solution, we don't want to fight with you! We just want to get back to it and do it better, grow our business, grow Your business!

Amazon - you clearly saw something in your business when your senior business developer chased us down to get on Amazon. Only top be deserted with a suspended (Twice!) account with no one to talk to and no idea what we did wrong the second time around!

Even the cleanest vendors and sellers on Amazon get suspended, and this is an appeal for a REAL change!

Those 6 years ago we were chased down by the Amazon business developer to come onboard, as They badly wanted our brand. And we are now left without anyone to talk to.
