Priscilla died on 10-17-2020 by drowning at Penrose State Park located in the state of Washington.  The only witness to the drowning was the person that went into the park with her that day. This person reported that Priscilla drowned in a 4-5 shallow foot deep pond and claimed she wasn’t able to pull Priscilla out of the water. Priscilla was transferred to St. Anthony’s Hospital located in Gig Harbor by Penrose Fire Department who had tried resuscitation attempts for almost an hour. There was no investigation by any agency.  No one was questioned, no other witnesses were looked for and the area was not examined properly to gather appropriate information so that the medical examiner could include the information in their investigation they performed. The Pierce County Sheriffs Department, Park Ranger and State Police when asked by the family to investigate all three agencies claimed no jurisdiction. Pierce County Medical Examiner informed the family that the agency only investigates from the point where they pick the body up. In this case that would be the hospital. The medical examiner also had access to the only report documented by the Pierce County Deputy that responded to the call and the Pierce County Fire Department.
Us Bank opened an a investigation when it was discovered that Priscilla’s bank accounts had been left in the negative. The bank notified the family that fraud had been committed by the person who last saw her alive in the amount of $10,000 dollars. It was found that the withdrawing of funds were made not even a week later after Priscilla’s death. The same person who last saw Priscilla alive took over her property claiming she was her partner and that Priscilla left a WILL that left her all of Priscilla's property and money including the right to her body. The WILL was and has been discredited. On 10/17/2020 the family was notified by the medical examiner’s office of Priscilla’s death and were also notified that the person claiming to be her partner was asking for her body to be immediately cremated. Since then this person has managed to take Priscilla’s cars, pets, furniture and other property amounting to over $100,000 dollars. US Bank instructed and demanded the family to file fraud charges on the person who committed the fraud in Pierce County. When the family filed the fraud charges with Pierce County they were informed by Pierce County Sheriff's Department that it would not guarantee any thing would become of the filing due to department shortages.  Until now nothing has been pursued on the fraud charges that were filed.

We want to know what really happened on 10/17/2020. It has been reported that the last person with Priscilla that day made several different statements to different people of what happened that day. Different from what she herself reported to the deputy taking her report on the day of the drowning. No agency took the time to look into anything.  We want this person to be brought in for the fraud she committed with Priscilla’s bank account that was investigated and found to be fraud by US Bank.
