I seen in South Australia 35 years ago return and earn bottle recycling collection stations. I feel how important for Victoria to have a similar setup as NSW and other states have adopted can be for the some of the garbage littering the streets. 

I feel this is a win win for the glass to get a second, third and more lives for us to use the recalled glass, empty people in this industry.

So we don't see glass bottles littering the street and broken glass for our children and animals to step on.
