We demand a special tribunal created for Russian political leadership and the highest military personnel. They ought to be tried for the crimes they've committed in Ukraine. 

Every day, Russian decision-makers terrorize Ukraine and its population with deadly missile strikes that kill dozens and injure hundreds, including kids. They claim to target and attack military objects only when, in reality, it's civilians who suffer the most. The truth for every Ukrainian is that they could be killed by a Russian missile while shopping at a local mall, showering at home, or walking in a park. No one is safe. Russia is terrorizing Ukraine 24/7.

We want the international community to pay close attention to what is happening and enforce the Accountability Conference in The Hague and its organizers to start the process of creating a dedicated tribunal for the Russian political leadership and highest military personnel. They must be brought to justice, even if it's trial and sentence in absentia.
