I am an agency carer who works 60 hours a week. The care care homes i work in are being granted £500 from the government to say thank you for their help through covid. But im angry because i work for agency and have worked through covid just like thousands of other agency workers. So why are we not entitled to the same when we do the same job. I dont get paid anymore than the care home carers i work for and i do all the same jobs. I feel hurt and annoyed and not appreciated at all and i would like answers.
