South Carolina Family Court Judges have the power to take away your parenting rights with the stroke of a pen and marginalize you to that of a babysitter. The Family Courts have the power under the guise of investigating to appoint a Guardian ad Litem  that frequently fails to protect the children and is focused on billing instead of protecting the children from the process. Parents have the Constitutional right to parent their natural born  children, absent abuse or neglect. We need to make this right the law of South Carolina and remove our children from the purview of corrupt court processes, false claims of abuse and neglect, and divorce proceedings.
