My question is why are only a few churches in the USA that's structured according to scriptures to perfect the saints, for the work of the ministry and edifying the body of Christ in Love? And many cities like Phoenix Arizona are full of churches without apostles, prophets and evangelists on staff ( I Corinthians 12:27-28, Ephesians 4:8-16 )KJV. Does the funding fall on the senior pastors or is it on the deacons and elders concerning the structure of God Church. Who do we as members of the Body of Christ hold accountable? Further more why are our Congress or Church leaders not in favor of 5-Fold Local Churches? If in the scriptures the house of God looks appealing and in reality, it perfect saints for the work of the ministry and increases membership of God Church population which in turns prepares saints to Reign over the Seven Mountains of Culture: government, church, business, family, education, arts/science and social media in the USA. This is good for our society and justifiable. Who is God holding accountable over His house called the church, for the condition they're in? ( Psalms 127:1, Zechariah 3, Ephesians 2:19-21 )? How do they get to value their Church that refuse to accept apostles and prophets as well as evangelists on their staff? Is it out of need or out of greed? ( Acts 2:36-44 explained what the early Church did.          God has me and others on o mission, I've created a petition and a Bill called the "5-Fold Church Act" Bill and presented to the House of Representatives ( District 27 ) and the Senate to get it passed and voted on. So far I haven't heard from them.                                                                     Since there are more members in the body of Christ than there are senior pastors and elders this petition should go off like a rocket. I am hoping that you will be able to provide me more information and insight or connections.                    I feel that this is an issue like Malachi 4:8-10 explained where this whole nation is robbing God in tithes and offerings as well as without proper representation present overseeing God House. If the government/ Church is for the People, and a voice representing the People, then there should be no issue protecting the common people. This is my own personal assessment that they shall either step up or step aside like King David did against Goliath. Is this why many refuse to go to church because of lack of proper representation and issues that are constantly affecting us with no outcome?
