To whom it may concern,
The fourth-year Mechanical Engineering students started their research during the course of (MERES) which was taken last Academic Year 2020-2021, 2nd semester. With that said, the students already constructed their papers under the approval of their proposals, and is still on the process of writing their papers when the College of Engineering and Architecture admins implemented the non-prototype and no group gathering regulation for the researchers.
Therefore, the ME students appeal to withdraw the cancellation of prototype in the ME department as it is an unjust and impractical move against the growth of the study itself.
