The last Nomad 186M$ hack had resulted in a global threat for crypto. It have triggered among others : TordanoCash shutdown, USDC reserves into DAI protocol, ETH staking to block transaction, more KYC/proof use of funds...).

Few weeks before the exploit, many VCs have participated into the 22M$ seed round of Nomad at 222M$ valuation. 

Since Nomad hack 1 august, only 20% of +186M$ funds have been retuned. More than 14,000 victims into several blockchain : Polkadot/ Moonbeam, Cosmos/Evmos, Cardano/Milkomeda and Avax.

Then, as VC are not protecting investors of lost, many authorities are jumping to stop the crypto system to recover the hacked funds.

The only solution proposed for now was to have a 80% haircut and try revocer the rest of the funds from the hackers. It is unacceptable and will result in many defiance in DEFI and its blockchain involved.

We are asking every crypto believer to sign this petition to ask Nomad and VC to talk and take their responsibility to refinance the lost of this hack. 

For now, only expectation of law enforcement against hackers have been proposed. Many others solutions coud be mixed : Issuance of $Nomad token, debt & equity financing, partners commitments, acquisition or fusion by another entity...
