Dear tenants,

This petition is to join forces and withhold our monthly rent starting December 2022 until Holand completes the Elevator repairs and refurnishes the Gym.

Since the beginning of September this year, these services and rights have been disregarded, ignored and resolutions have been prolonged due to unknown circumstances. The elevator in the building has been broken down and tenants are required to take multiple flights of stairs even if they have limited mobility. In addition, the gym equipment has been removed and still not replaced without notice. 

If you agree, please sign and note this petition will be sent to the Regis du logement to demonstrate the impact on the tenants' living conditions at the 3405 Benny Av building.
