We, the electorate of Guam, USA stand united against Bill No. 52-31 otherwise known as "THE WOMAN'S REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH INFORMATION ACT OF 2011."

We find that this bill is financially bloated, adding undue expenses to the Department of Public Health and Social Services by producing literature and video propaganda designed to dissuade women from exercising their constitutionally protected right to have an abortion.

Furthermore it adds undue stress in an all too stressful situation, encouraging women already in a state or mental duress to second guess a decision that has already been made.

We find this law to be religious in nature, violating laws ensuring a separation of Church & State, also protected by The Constitution of the United States of America.
