HOA (BODs) Board of Directors, Ron Barlass; Ron LoPresto; Donna LoPresto and Arturo Kane are being recalled for breach of fiduciary responsibilities, intentionally installing a convicted criminal, Robert Muratalla, as property manager under the protests of the HOA membership during an open meeting (June 14th, 2022) and through a petition to cancel Professional Community Management (PCM) contract which the BODs ignored and where an ample number of signatures were obtained. Also for refusing to hold BODs election during July, 2022 as per bylaws of the homeowners association.
