The New Mutants may be small in scope, but it’s still a major movie. It’s the last Marvel film from 20th Century Studios, hype has only grown since late 2017, it’s the first Marvel horror thriller, and therefore I feel it still deserves a chance in theaters when a new theatrical date is set. To me, it looks very interesting and promising. If this film goes straight to VOD, it’ll be a HUGE mistake. Every Marvel movie so far has been given the theatrical treatment so give it the theatrical run it deserves. The cast and crew behind the film are very talented and they probably wouldn’t have signed on if they didn’t make it for the big screen and they did indeed make it for the big screen. So please, hear me out, this movie will be a big hit and will surprise audiences everywhere. Advance ticket sales would be insane. #ReleaseNewMutantsInTheaters.
