For too long I’ve been abused by the law as far as domestics are concerned. Weather I’ve gotten a PFA to protect my and it be repeatedly violated or on placed against me a it be violated by the serving party, it’s caused me grief, my jobs, my homes and most of all my children. I can never get one that bares the same repercussions as the person who it’s granted to and has constantly violated. This is a one sided law and the consequences should be be the same for the serving party not used as a weapon. My children keep suffering and my livelihood is almost nonexistent because if this every time and the assumptions of violations or misreading of the text by law enforcement.
