The purpose of this petition is for the Harmony residents to have access to the “Thicket” pool at a minimum and to remain open year round, “swim at your own risk.”

Specifically, the Harmony residents request during the summer to have life guards for the peak/crowded/open period.

However; before/after hours and during the “closed months”, Harmony residents are requesting “swim at your own risk” signs posted, community waivers signed for liability and open for resident use (sun up to sun down)

Harmony residents request the hours to be available from sun up to sun down to limit liability during the “non peak season” and when lifeguards are not present, to include before and after lifeguard time period. 

Additionally, during the lifeguard periods for all pools the Harmony residents request “adult swim” during the lifeguard break periods and “swim at your own risk” during the 10 min period. Lastly, residents would like to have an option for water aerobics, birthday parties options, and other events as requested. 

This petition and the requests are subject to change as we move forward with signatures and other suggestions.
