I recently placed an order for a Tesla and came to find out that our building not only doesn't have EV chargers, but actually does not allow them! This is confusing and frustrating, not for my convenience, but for the overall effort of weaning off our dependence of fossil fuels. I'm sure you notice the countless EV's driving by our intersection of Ventura and Havenhurst, showing there is obviously a healthy presence of EVs which should be condoned and incentivized. 

With the fact that I spend most of my time in the office, I am unable to have my EV charging while I'm at work. Although I have charging at home, it would be a nice incentive to bring my EV to the office. There are rebates for EV chargers that the building could take advantage of, as well as highlight as an incentive for potential tenants and guest for the building. 

Besides my personal situation, again, this should not have to be petitioned into action. It's honestly surprising that they are not available already as this is a simple, impactful step towards cleaner, greener practices for our building, city, and planet.
