My daughter made a great point today. She was pumping gas, by herself, and a man who was also pumping gas made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She just turned 16, is very responsible and has her license. With that being said, 16 year olds should be able to carry pepper spray. With human trafficking and so many other horrible things going on in our world today, it should be legal for our teens to protect themselves.
