15 Days, 15 Ways is a student run organization at the University of Connecticut that is designed to inspire Freshmen to live an active and healthy lifestyle within their first year of independent decision making.
We are calling all UConn Freshman to action by encouraging active participation in 15 activities and lifestyle changes that could potentially change the course of their college careers, and hopefully transpire into adulthood. These activities could be found on our website:

Ultimately, we want to combat the bad habits that students are at risk of adapting that can affect not only their physical health, but their mental health and academic performance as well. Additionally, we want to remind UConn Freshmen that their worth is not limited to their physical appearance. We aim to change the negative connotation behind the phrase "Freshmen 15," and turn it into a positive group of activities and changes that UConn students can be proud of! : )
