海洋プラスチック憲章の全文をJEANで翻訳、仮和訳を作りました。どうぞ日本語でお確かめください。
とっくの昔から使い捨て生活を続けている先進国は、数十年間にわたってプラスチックごみを出し続けてきました。マイクロプラスチックになり、海面を流れ、海底に沈み… いま、東南アジアや東アジアの海面を埋め尽くすごみの写真が出たりしていますが、先進国としては、まず憲章にサインしていままで出し続けてきたことを明らかにし、同じことを繰り返さないようにG20 各国に声かけをする。それが順番ですよね。
