Jan 24, 2018 — No good news to report. Although the Court handling Reza’s case filing of yesterday requested £255 in fees today, which speaks volumes when you consider they let the Home Office/Caroline Nokes MP deported him in a hells rush yesterday.

Derri has spoken to Reza on the phone several times today via instagram. He is very stressed and anxious, but so very grateful for all your support. Your support is keeping him going!

The fact that when he is kicked onto the streets of Kabul, in under two weeks, the only possessions that he has are the clothes on his back, one spare set from the detention centre, and 2,000 AFN (about £200) is playing heavily on his mind. With no family or friends in Afghanistan, we wonder how he will survive.

Please keep up the pressure on Caroline Nokes MP, whom many of you have found to be abdicating her responsibility as our Minister of State for Immigration at the Home Office.

Insurgents attack children's group in eastern Afghanistan

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - Militants stormed the offices of Save the Children in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday, killing four people and triggering a shootout with police that lasted almost 10 hours, provincial officials and the organization said. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province.
