There was a time when  you picked  mobile  ,  called, spoke and hung up. Not anymore. Cant get proper signal.  Have to call multiple  times before  it connects. Rarely can we complete one  call without call drops. And most often have to retry multiple times before reconnecting. And when it doesnt drop, line is very erratic, Why are the networks not delivering their professional responsibilities  Why aren't regulators doing anything . Only thing we can do is to rally.
