Facebook continues to restrict and or delete personal /business profiles for rules infractions that did not exist  when the posts were first published.

We believe that this is unfair for Facebook to continue to punish or penalize people who use this platform for current rules that did not exist.

We further believe in all sense of fairness that any rules violations over one year can be removed by Facebook if found to be in violation but no account restrictions or other measures including deletion or shadow banning, just notify the user that it was removed and why.

It is impossible for any user to go back 2,3,4 or more years to delete any content that Facebook does not allow by current standards which is why we are creating this petition.
