I feel that the government is diverting away from the main issue that it has failed to implement the CCE under the RTE and bringing it on the children, by scrapping the No Detention Policy. It should be the responsibility of the government to provide quality elementary education.

First provide all required academic and infrastructural resources to all school students and than talk about scrapping 'no detention policy'. It's ridiculous that without providing them enough resources to learners under RTE, you are judging them and categorising them in failed and passed. It's a way to pass on the burdon of non-performing in school sector to students. Plz sign this petition in large number.
