We drafted a draft of the "Stateless Persons Forming a National Constitution" and invited everyone from around the world to work together to improve the draft constitution so that stateless persons can vote. The draft constitution does not mention the formation of an army, and there is no centralized public office: for example, the president, the king, the prime minister, there is no such position, and stateless people do not need centralized administrators.
